1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
• You received the wrong product, size, or color.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, and manuals.

🕒 Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

 2. Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
• Innerwear, cosmetics, perfumes, or skincare items
• Food, beverages, or perishable goods
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Digital goods or gift cards

3. Replacement & Exchange

• If your return request is approved, we will:
• Offer a replacement of the same item (if available), or
• Provide an exchange for another product of similar value, or
• Issue a refund as per your selected payment method.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to your original payment method (eSewa, Khalti, bank, etc.).

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or e-wallet within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Process

Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or defective delivery.
